We are thrilled to share the incredible journey of Bianca Carroll who has made a remarkable transition from being a vet surgical nurse to becoming a successful financial advisor. In April 2023, Bianca stood on the stage presenting at the Emerging Adviser breakfast. Later that evening at the Gala Awards dinner she was awarded the Emerging Adviser of the Year, and we couldn't be more proud of her.

Bianca's journey started with her passion for helping others, which led her to work as a veterinary surgical nurse. Despite her success in the field, she decided to pursue her interest in finance and completed her Masters in Financial Planning. Amidst full-time work and raising a family, she worked hard and passed her FASEA to become a fully licensed adviser.

Bianca's hard work and determination has paid off. She has embraced every opportunity presented to her, thriving in each challenge. Her dedication and commitment to excellence have culminated in her being recognized as the Emerging Adviser of the Year, a remarkable accomplishment that is a testament to her perseverance.
